The McCrory Foundation Scholarship
The McCrory Foundation Scholarship is for financially needy students of Southern Oklahoma who have demonstrated motivation to attend school through previous grade-point average or ACT score. The McCrory Foundation Scholarship may be used only to pay tuition, fees, and books for courses taken at the University Center of Southern Oklahoma.

Oklahoma City Gridiron Foundation Scholarship
The Oklahoma City Gridiron Foundation each year grants monetary scholarships to worthy Oklahoma undergraduate students studying to attain professional status in all fields of journalism and high school seniors aspiring to study journalism. In past years, the foundation has awarded as much as $15,000 in scholarships varying from $500 to $2,500 to as many as 10 journalism and aspiring journalism students.
The foundation receives its scholarship funding from the Oklahoma City Gridiron Club, which was formed in 1928 and is comprised of members of the print, television, radio and production media. Every year, members gather for a political satire show that pokes fun at news makers in Oklahoma and around the country. Proceeds from the show and donations to the foundation generate funds for the scholarship. The group has awarded nearly $500,000 in scholarships so far, and we are looking for another group of scholarship recipients.
The foundation awards scholarships to students who display qualities and potential to enhance the journalism profession in Oklahoma. The hope of the foundation’s members is to elevate the quality of the journalism profession in Oklahoma.
